🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our online store delivers products using our own Delivery Service. We aim to make this process as convenient and transparent as possible for you.

💰 Delivery Cost

• Free delivery is available for orders over UAH 2,000.

• If you choose delivery by our courier, the cost is calculated according to the current rates of courier services.

• The delivery price is listed as a separate line item in your documents.

• Important: The price of the item specified in the documents provided by the courier is final. The courier is not authorized to adjust the total amount.

⏱ Operating Hours & Delivery Schedule

The delivery time is coordinated with the Delivery Service manager, who will contact you immediately after your order is placed.

Delivery Schedule:

• Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed.

• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday.

📦 Other Shipping Methods

• Delivery to branch offices or parcel lockers of "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" throughout Ukraine — according to carrier rates.

• Pickup from our store or showroom — free of charge, subject to prior agreement with the manager.

Note: You can also specify any other convenient time, and your purchase will be delivered as agreed. Other delivery times, as well as delivery to regional locations outside the city, are determined separately.

📍 Address & Order Details

• Delivery is made to the address specified during checkout.

• If you need delivery to a different address, please inform the manager when they contact you after placing the order.

• If installation of the purchased item is required, please notify the manager in advance.

Attention! An incorrect phone number, imprecise, or incomplete address may cause additional delays! Please check your personal information carefully.

📄 Receiving & Inspection Rules

Upon delivery, all necessary documents will be provided:

• For individuals: sales receipt, cash receipt, and warranty card.

• For businesses: commercial invoice and delivery note (which must be stamped with your organization's official seal).

Important rules to keep in mind:

1. Consultations: Delivery staff are not responsible for providing consultations or comments regarding product features. Please confirm all technical specifications with your sales manager prior to purchase.

2. Product Inspection: Upon receipt, please inspect:

• Completeness of the delivered item

• Product functionality

• Match with product description

• Absence of mechanical damage

3. Claims: If no claims regarding mechanical damage are made upon delivery, subsequent claims will not be accepted.

4. Carrier Receipts: When receiving items at a carrier location or from a courier ("Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta"), always fill out an acceptance/damage report in case of defects or missing items.

🔄 Exchanges & Returns

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights" and EU legislation standards, you have the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

• The item must be unused, retaining its merchantable condition, consumer properties, seals, and labels.

• The payment document (receipts, invoice) and warranty card must be preserved.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 1–7 business days from the date the returned product is received.
