How to make a purchase in our online store. The purchasing process is simple, transparent, and fully compliant with all legal requirements of Ukraine and the EU.

1. Placing an Order

Product Selection:

• Browse the catalog and click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page of your choice.

• Once selection is complete, proceed to the cart by clicking the corresponding icon in the top header of the website.

Shopping Cart Operations:

• Review the list of selected items, adjust the quantity in the "Quantity" field, and click "Recalculate".

• If you have a promo code or discount code, enter it in the designated field to activate your personal offer.

• You can remove unwanted items or save them to your wishlist.

2. Order Confirmation and Delivery

Customer Details:

• Provide the recipient's full name, contact phone number, e-mail address, and exact delivery address.

• Choose a convenient delivery provider: Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery), Ukrposhta, or Self-pickup from our pickup point.

Processing and Timelines:

• Upon placing the order, a copy of the detailed order checklist will automatically be sent to your e-mail.

• A manager will contact you within 30–60 minutes during working hours to confirm details.

• Delivery cost is calculated according to the rates of the selected logistics carrier and paid by the buyer (unless a "Free Delivery" promotion applies).

3. Payment and Pricing

Pricing Policy:

• All prices on the website are final, displayed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH), and include all taxes required by law.

Payment Methods:

• Cash Payment: Payment upon receipt of goods (at the pickup point or via cash-on-delivery at the delivery service branch).

• Bank Transfer: Payment via bank transfer to the settlement account (for corporate and individual customers).

Note: Orders must be paid in full using a single selected payment method.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• You have the right to return or exchange goods of good quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

• Refunds are processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods using the same payment method used for the purchase.
