Returns and Exchanges:
The company is governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" regarding the return and exchange of goods of satisfactory quality. In accordance with this Law, the company may refuse to exchange or refund goods of satisfactory quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of Non-Food Goods of Satisfactory Quality Not Subject to Return and Exchange.
Goods of satisfactory quality that are eligible for return and exchange may be returned within 14 days after receipt by the buyer, provided that:

The item shows no traces of operation or use.

The product has preserved its proper (pre-sale) appearance.

During the inspection of the returned or exchanged item, no evidence indicating an attempt to open or repair it was found.

The consumer properties of the product, its packaging, seals, and factory labels are fully preserved.

All documents received from the seller confirming the purchase of the goods (receipts, warranty card, instruction manual) are provided.

If a promotional gift was included with the item, it must be returned together with the product.
You can send the product back via a delivery service. We will inspect the returned item and, if it complies with the return conditions, refund your money using a convenient method within 14 days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and EU standards.
You can exchange a purchased item of satisfactory quality for a similar item from the same price category or from another category by paying the price difference.
In the case of an exchange or return, return transportation costs are paid by the buyer.
For buyers from European Union (EU) countries, similar return conditions apply: refunds are issued within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the public offer.
